CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a click-and-collect pickup service.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed we're unable to make any changes or cancel the order. Once you have received your order, you can use our Returns portal to return any unwanted items.
CAN MY ORDER BE REDIRECTED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once they have left our warehouse. Please ensure that you provide a shipping address where you will be available to sign and receive your order.
CAN YOU DELIVER MY ORDER TO A PO BOX ADDRESS?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses, and temporary residence addresses. This policy is in place to ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your Mulstio order.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?
For security purposes, all Mulsio orders will require a signature and you will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or e-mail.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY OF MY PERSONALISED ORDER TAKE?
Personalised Order will be delivered within 10-12 working days. (Delivery times exclude US federal holidays.)
Orders that include both personalized and non-personalized items cannot be split into two separate shipments and will be delivered in 10-12 working days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you tracking details once your order has been sent out from our warehouse - this can be found on your order despatch email.
MISDELIVERED PACKAGES
We are committed to providing reliable and timely shipping services to our customers. However, we would like to draw your attention to certain circumstances where we are not liable for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or shipped to PO Boxes.
Customers are advised to provide accurate and complete shipping addresses while placing their orders. Failure to provide a correct shipping address may result in delayed or misdelivered packages. In such cases, We are not liable for any losses or damages incurred.
In the case of international shipments, we will endeavor to use reliable carriers to ensure proper delivery. However,if a package is returned to us as "Return to Sender" by the carrier due to the inability to deliver it, we are not liable for any losses or damages incurred. In such cases, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for resending the package.
