Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $29 USD, but this applies only to shipments within the continental United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require additional transit time.
Delivery Estimates for International Orders
Orders over $29 USD qualify for free standard international shipping. However, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries.
- International Shipping Timeframe: 7-21 business days (delivery dates not guaranteed)
- Shipments may be transported via ground, air, or a combination of both.
Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the checkout total and must be paid upon arrival. Below are common import thresholds:
- United Kingdom: VAT, Customs Duty, or Excise Duty (averaging 12% of order value). More details: gov.uk

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. For further clarification, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
Misdelivered Packages & PO Boxes
To ensure timely delivery, customers must provide accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout. We are not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or for shipments sent to PO Boxes.
For international shipments, we use trusted carriers to facilitate proper delivery. However, if a package is returned as "Return to Sender" due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost Packages
