All Fulu Charms establish a spiritual connection with you the moment you touch them, providing you with energy and protection, and becoming your personal possession. Additionally, we have made a donation to UNICEF once you have it.Therefore, we couldn't offer returns and exchanges of the Fulu Charm. We appreciate your understanding.
Except the Fulu Charms,we offer a 30-day return policy because we want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Mulstio. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Conditions
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- The return period must be within 30 days from the date the original order was received.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, free from scratches or signs of wear.
- Customers must use a shipping method with tracking for returns. Items sent without tracking will not be processed.
- Any promotional gifts received must be returned along with the items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Refunds
Returns will be processed within 10 bussiness days of receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or as store credit, according to your preference.

The shipping fee is non-refundable. Despite any free or discounted shipping promotions, we incur the original shipping cost for every order. Therefore, our original shipping cost is not refundable.
