Refund policy

30-day return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN'S T&C

  • Returns made without prior contact with us will not be accepted.
  • The return period must be within 30 days from the date the original order was received.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, free from scratches or signs of wear.
  • We are unable to accept returns on personalized items, as these pieces have been customized especially for you. (If the item was received faulty, please contact us to rectify this.)
  • Customers must use a shipping method with tracking for returns. Items sent without tracking will not be processed.
  • Any promotional gifts received must be returned along with the items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
  • Please note, do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

 

RETURN'S CHARGES

Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We aim to process all returns within 10 working days of receiving your package; however, during busier times of the year, this may take up to 30 working days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Despite any free or discounted shipping promotions, we incur the original shipping cost for every order, which is not refundable. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologize if you've encountered any issues with your new Mulstio jewelry. Our customer service team is ready to assist you—please contact us before returning your item so that we can expedite the process and provide guidance on refund or replacement timelines.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges, including bracelets and other sizes. Please contact us if you have any questions about an item or order.
